O Ulfilas, castellanizado. Me encontr\u00e9 con \u00e9l un d\u00eda del primer semestre de 1993, en la biblioteca del Seminario Mayor de Guadalupe, Zacatecas. El tomo 18 de la serie latina, de la Patrologia de Migne contiene su obra [parte de su obra]. Este monje emprendi\u00f3 la tremenda tarea de dar forma al g\u00f3tico, escribiendo una gram\u00e1tica, de la que recuerdo estaba en lat\u00edn.<\/p>\n

A principios de este a\u00f1o encontr\u00e9 que una universidad belga est\u00e1 d\u00e1ndose a la tarea de rescatar y difundir la obra de este monje, con todo el aparato que esto conlleva. Magn\u00edfico sitio, puede accederse aqu\u00ed:<\/div>\n

“Project Wulfila is a small digital library dedicated to the study of the Gothic language<\/a> and Old Germanic languages in general. Our primary goal is to provide linguistically annotated editions that can be downloaded in TEI format<\/a> or browsed online, linked to a digital glossary, POS<\/acronym>-tags and interlinear translations. The focus is currently on the Gothic Bible and minor fragments; in addition, we are working on a lemmatized edition of the Old Saxon Heliand and \u2013 on a smaller scale \u2013 selected Middle and Early Modern Dutch documents. We are also interested in preparing digital facsimile editions of relevant textbooks and other related resources that have entered the public domain. The project is hosted by the University of Antwerp<\/a>, as part of the diachronic research at the Center for Grammar, Cognition and Typology<\/a>.”<\/p>\n
